Middle of the week check in
I thought I would drop a post in the middle of the week to bust the rumors of my assimilation. There hasn't been too many healthy mealas and only one day of workouts. I am going to attempt to increase my working out time. of course it may mean waking up a bit earlier. We will see what happens.
So that is my check in. The only other thing is I have walked miles and miles the last couple days and my feet are tired.
