Day 4

It is another day down and another exercise notch on my belt. All in all it was a good exercise today. I am going to look into making some adjustments to my custom work out. There are a couple things I am not a huge fan of and I think I could add a couple things in the mix to make it a better work out. At the moment the work out is around 45 minutes long and burns about 300 calories. I think with some improvements I could get another 30-40 calories in. Of course this may push the work out to a full hour. That would mean I would have to make sure I schedule my work out to an earlier time.

So on a negative thinking streak; I am unsure I can actually reach my goal. It is a huge goal to reach and I am not sure what I was thinking. Maybe I am just in some sort of mood today.

Don't be crazy!! You can do it!! You just needed the rest day, but you can absolutely make your goal. It will just take awhile. . . :)

To clarify I meant my new challenge goal. The over all goal I am sure I can reach. The 12 IN 24 just isn't possible.
