Day 1
Here we have the first post of the new challenge. I am still working on setting up some good custom exercises that I can use for my work outs. The one I did tonight consisted of all the resistance band exercises mixed with boxing and a few sports to liven things up a bit. Outside the Wii I had a 30 minute walk, some hand weight work, and I got on my stationary bike for the first time in a long time. I didn’t do much time on the bike, but plan on working this into the schedule.
So this is my first day and I am thinking it worked out pretty well. Once I get the routine down it will go much smoother. I am also going to attempt to pick up the pace a bit more. If I want to succeed at this challenge it is going to take all that I have and maybe a little that I don’t. I am sure in the end it will work out in my favor.

If you are interested in other fun exercise opportunities, Angie, Matt and I are taking Cooper on a (probably extremely slow) 5K9 tomorrow. Call if you want to walk/jog with the dogs! :)
It all depends on when it is. I really want to sleep in tomorrow....
