31 Minutes of My Life
Tonight I have decided to create another custom workout and I have decided to share it with you. The routine last around 31 minutes, has 26 exercises, and is supposed to burn around 205 calories. It needs a little bit of tweaking, but is still a pretty good routine. So here is what I have:

Alternating Bicep Curls (H)
Alternating Tricep Kickbacks (H)
Lateral Shoulder Raises (H)
Targets 4 (H)
Targets 4 (H)
Alternating Side Lounges (H)
Squots (M)
Alternating Standing Knee Crunches (H)
Tennis Back Court (H)
Targets 4 (H)
Targets 4 (H)
Run & Walk Short (M)
Alternating Bicep Curls (H)
Font Shoulder Raise (H)
Upright Rows (H)

There you have my work out for tonight. If case you were wondering E is for easy, M is for medium, and H is for hard. The real difference is the number of reps that you do. Tennis also seems to be a bit faster. I tend to do hard on most of the work outs. It is the leg exercises that I will use one of the lower settings.
